Rooted in East Texas
LFC Construction was founded with a simple mission: build the best lakes, ponds, and building pad sites in the Lake Fork, Texas area. What started with a single excavator and a passion for the land has grown into a trusted earthwork construction company serving property owners across East Texas.
We know the red clay, the sandy loam, and the rolling terrain of this region inside and out. Every project we take on benefits from our deep understanding of the local landscape and our commitment to doing things right the first time.
Meet the Owner
Dustin Bohannan
Dustin Bohannan was born and raised right here in the Alba and Lake Fork area. He has spent the last 22 years running heavy equipment and working in construction, and that experience is behind every job LFC Construction takes on. When you call LFC, you’re working with someone who knows this land, this community and what it takes to get the job done right.
Family is at the heart of everything Dustin does. He has been married for 18 years and is a proud dad to three kids of his own plus two bonus kiddos. That same family-first spirit carries over to the job site. Dustin works alongside a great crew made up of family and close friends, and both of his sons pitch in whenever they’re not at school or working on a drilling rig in West Texas.
LFC Construction is a hometown, family-run outfit. We treat every property like it belongs to one of our neighbors, because a lot of the time, it does.
